Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@shopdkmart.com. If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

 

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

In addition, the following mushroom coffee products are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • ZON Mushroom Coffee
  • Essence Mushroom Coffee, Caffeinated
  • Essence Mushroom Coffee, Decaffeinated

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order once your return has been approved.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable return shipping charges and the 10% restocking fee. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@shopdkmart.com.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
