Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DK Mart & Co. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Please note that processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional events.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, DK Mart & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopdkmart.com.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

DK Mart & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us at support@shopdkmart.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at support@shopdkmart.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, if possible. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

 

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, DK Mart & Co. ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, this Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.
